The photograph in each property advertisement is not necessarily a picture of the actual property that is currently vacant. For example, we have a library of photographs of each housing estate – usually one block on each estate is photographed and this picture is used to represent all blocks on the estate. Similarly, when a house becomes vacant, we may use one photograph of the street rather than the actual property itself. For new build properties, we may use an artists drawing of the property. If a property is advertised without a photograph, we recommend you look up the postcode online for a visual view.
