Prioritising applications
The Council uses a banding scheme 1-4 to prioritise applications. Band 1 has the highest priority and band 4 has the lowest priority.
All housing and transfer applications received for rented accommodation will be assessed and placed in one of the bands depending on their current housing circumstances.
