Sylvan Grove SE15 1AR

As a result of the issues that arose at the four Ledbury tower blocks last year, we are please to announce the new development at Sylvan Grove will be available for these tenants. We will advertise the properties available on our website from Thursday 12 April 2018 over 4 separate bidding cycles.   This development is specifically available for the tenants of the following blocks:  Bromyard House, Peterchurch House, Skenfrith House and Sarnsfield House, therefore we will not be considering bids from households for these properties who are not tenants of those blocks.  Full details of the properties will be available on our website under our policy documents section, titled Sylvan Grove To view information for week 1, click here.
