Housing advice outreach sessions
Drop in advice surgeries and community events
Housing Options Services are delivering a programme of outreach advice surgeries at various community venues throughout Southwark. This is to make it more convenient for you to get help when you need it.
Surgeries take place on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. At these sessions, you will be able to drop in and get advice about any aspect of your your housing situation. If we are unable to assist you, we may refer you to our main service at the HomeSearch Centre in Bournemouth Road, Peckham or onto another agency or organisation if appropriate.

Appointments are not usually required. Please report to reception at the venue on your arrival and ask for Housing Options advice.

Community events
As part of our new outreach service, we will be taking part in a range of community events throughout the Borough as well as holding our own one off targeted events. These events will focus on particular issues such as:

We know that in Southwark there are many people registered as over-crowded and that they are likely to face a very long wait to be rehoused. If you and your family are registered as severely over-crowded, attend this event and find out more about your chances of re-housing, useful bidding tips, some other housing options and much more.
