Drop in advice surgeries and community events
Housing Options Services are delivering a programme of outreach advice surgeries at various community venues throughout Southwark. This is to make it more convenient for you to get help when you need it.
Surgeries take place on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. At these sessions, you will be able to drop in and get advice about any aspect of your your housing situation. If we are unable to assist you, we may refer you to our main service at the HomeSearch Centre in Bournemouth Road, Peckham or onto another agency or organisation if appropriate.

Appointments are not required. Please report to reception at the venue on your arrival and ask for Housing Options advice.

Community events
As part of our new outreach service, we will be taking part in a range of community events throughout the Borough as well as holding our own one off targeted events. These events will focus on particular issues such as:

Our range of schemes to help you move to a new, bigger or smaller home or a home in another area

Events targeting particular groups, for example young people, cultural and ethnic groups, community groups, keyworkers etc

A special event for older persons to find out the advantages of bidding online and receive a live demonstration.
