Housing Options Services
The housing options service is available to everyone in Southwark with a housing need. We have a newly refurbished Homesearch centre at 25 Bournemouth Road, Peckham, SE15 4UJ which is the first port of call for all housing related enquiries.
How we can help you
We can help you with finding or keeping a safe and suitable home for you and your family. Our team of housing advisors will work with you to find a solution based on your individual circumstances. This may include for example:

Help and advice to stay where you are, for example if you have been asked to leave or you are being evicted

Help and advice about renting in the private sector

Advice if you want to move, to a larger or smaller property, or to another area

Advice about shared ownership and keyworker schemes

Advice and help if you are a victim of domestic violence

Finding out how to apply for Southwark's housing list and advice about how to use the Homesearch scheme to bid for a new home
Extra help we can offer- employment and debt advice
If you are experiencing difficulties either finding or keeping a place to live, we may be able to help you. In addition, we may be able to offer you help and advice about other issues. This is because we recognise that sometimes these types of problems go hand in hand and that by resolving one issue, others then become much easier to deal with. We want you to be able to access services quickly, easily and in one place.
