Properties are advertised weekly in our Southwark Homesearch magazine and on this website from Thursday to the following Monday.

If you are registered on the council’s housing list, you can choose from the properties in this section that match your requirements. 

Each property advert includes labels to indicate the groups of customers that can apply for the property.  The following labels indicate the homesearch registration bands that are eligible to apply for the property.

	Urgent			Priority
	High Priority			All other applicants

Other labels indicate that properties are reserved or prioritised for customers with specific requirements:

	Customers needing Sheltered properties			Specified age group
	Priority will be given to people with a medical need
